Gut Rehab Intensive

Woman Standing Overlooking Water

Bloated?  Gassy?  Heartburn?  IBS taking over your life?  Not sure what to eat anymore?

Welcome to Gut Rehab!

Stop winging it with your health and get the help you deserve. Gut Rehab is an intensive one-on-one program designed to uncover the root cause of your digestive issues so you can feel better for good.

The Gut Rehab Method

1

Functional gut testing with a GI-MAP to uncover the imbalances in your microbiome. Here we learn what is going wrong and why and use that data to create your Gut Health Roadmap.

2

Replace missing digestive supports. Low stomach acid? Pancreatic insufficiency? Liver and gallbladder issues? We will identify and replace missing links to healthy digestion while working to help your body optimize digestion naturally.

3

Rebalance your terrain. Naturally eliminate any bad bacteria, fungal overgrowth, or parasites uncovered on your GI-MAP using herbs, targeted nutrition, and supplementation.

4

Replenish gut lining. Restore good bacteria, regenerate mucosal barrier, start re-introducing your favourite foods, and get on a fun and sustainable nutrition plan you can follow for life.

How Gut Rehab Works

  1. First, an orientation call to review your gut health history and order your GI-MAP.

  2. Once your results are in, we meet for a 60-minute strategy session where we will outline your personal Gut Health Roadmap and your program begins.

  3. You will receive a Personalized Nutrition Plan with recipes, foods to focus on, and a gut-friendly eating schedule (yes, when you eat matters!)

  4. You’ll also get a three-phase Customized Supplement Protocol using herbs, targeted nutrients, probiotics, and gut healing agents based on your unique needs.

  5. Access my Online Dispensary so supplements can be shipped directly to you. Gut Rehab clients get a lifetime discount.

  6. Throughout the 12 weeks, we will meet for 4 x 30-minute check-in sessions to celebrate wins, address roadblocks, and make tweaks where needed.

  7. Between sessions, you have access to me through your Client Portal to ask questions. This is an in-depth program and I am always here for you.

  8. Recommended blood work to get from your GP.

  9. Option to add SIBO, DUTCH, or Food Sensitivity Testing to give us additional insights (I do not always recommend these, but will let you know if I think they would be helpful in your case).

  • You are looking for a quick fix or unwilling to make serious diet and lifestyle changes during the program.

  • You are currently on biologic medication (Remicade, Entyvio, etc.). Feel free to reach out - I can refer you to a colleague!

  • You are unwilling or unable to use herbs and nutritional supplements during the program. We often need to bring in many additional supports for a short time in order to get you the best results.

Do you offer single sessions or smaller packages?

I do not offer single consultations, these simply do not provide the level of connection and support needed to achieve amazing results. Currently I offer one-on-one and group programs.

How long is your waitlist?

It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months to get booked in from the waitlist, depending on when you join.

When are you accepting new clients?

I will be opening spots for new clients in Spring 2021.

What is GI-MAP testing?

GI-MAP stands for “GI Microbial Assay Plus” and is an at-home stool test that provides us with a snapshot look at multiple areas of gut health. This testing reveals imbalances in “good” and “bad” gut bacteria, digestive enzyme output, yeast and parasites, inflammation, gluten sensitivity, and more. Testing saves us a lot of time, money and energy that would otherwise be spent guessing and trying different approaches.
