Gut Health Deep Dive
Have you been chasing your tail with digestive issues and looking for some clear answers? I've got you.
Book a Gut Health Deep Dive
A Deep Dive gives you a chance to learn more about what may be at the root of your unique digestive symptoms so you understand next steps and how to best support your healing.
How a Gut Health Deep Dive Works
First, you will complete an easy at-home stool test. The sample gets shipped to a lab and they will send my clinic a comprehensive report of what's going on in your gut. Click here to learn more about the GI-MAP and what it tests for.
Once the results are in, we will sit down together for a deep dive to review them and connect the dots so you understand how the results are related to your symptoms.
Then, we create a plan for next steps. You'll be given diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations as well as a suggested plan for follow-up and ongoing support if needed.
Investment: $1,111 CAD
“My bloating has subsided significantly. I feel much more energetic and like I have control over my health again. Ashley was so wonderful to work with and was available to answer any questions and provide advice whenever I needed it. A wealth of info! I would recommend this program 100% if you are ready to do the necessary work needed to improve your health.”
The Deep Dive is a good fit if you are...
Under the care of another practitioner, looking for additional insight and guidance.
Struggling chronic skin, mood, energy, or hormonal issues that are not responding to treatment as there may hidden inflammation in the gut, even if you don't have digestive symptoms.
A practitioner (nutritionist, herbalist, etc.) looking for an outside opinion on your own case.
Looking for a basic level of support.
The Deep Dive is NOT a good fit if...
You are pregnant/breastfeeding or trying to conceive (we cannot address bacterial/fungal overgrowth or parasites while you grow or feed a baby).
You are looking for ongoing support and frequent check-ins. The Gut Rehab Intensive would be a better fit for this.
Extremely ill with chronic digestive issues that are going to require a higher level of care and support.
