My name is Ashley and I'm totally obsessed with nutritional science.


I am a Holistic Nutritionist based in the City of Toronto (but with clients all over the world). In the 3 years I've been seeing clients, I've been able to meet some of the most amazing people and help them transform their health using food.

Alongside my nutrition practice I work with That Clean Life, a meal planning platform for wellness professionals and individuals that makes eating healthy simple and fun. As the Customer Success Lead on the team, my work focuses on helping my fellow nutrition professionals grow their business by sharing what I've learned first-hand as well as what  learn through them. I teach my clients to get to know their own bodies instead of just doing what everyone else tells them to. As a Holistic Nutritionist, my nutritional recommendations come from a deep respect for biochemical individuality. Basically, that means that I truly believe that while one person might feel amazing on a fat-fuelled ketogenic diet, another might thrive on a plant-based vegan diet. We are all different and teaching my clients to decode what their bodies are saying is the first step to finding the right diet for every individual.

I am not here to judge your food or give you rules, and it's not my place to decide what's right for everyone. 

While I'm a self-confessed nutrition nerd promoting better living through biology, I know that most people want to just eat and not think to hard about it. When we get really real with ourselves, most of us can admit that a bowl of chips or an ice cream cone really aren't things that we want to give up forever. I focus on help my clients feel vibrant, happy and energetic, while still eating in a way that lets them live a normal life.

Because I have a background in both nutritional science as well as culinary arts, I take a no-BS approach to nutrition. Our great-grandmothers didn't  constantly obsess over calories, force-feed themselves swamp water smoothies, or live on $60 powders from the health food store and neither should we. I help clients incorporate real food into their lives without breaking the bank or chaining themselves to the kitchen.
